Melinda has a strong alignment with the not-for-profit sector and has held various senior management and operations positions for peak bodies in a range of sectors. She has delivered many large-scale events, conferences, professional development activities as well as managing the delivery of government funded projects.

Elaine brings a wealth of experience with strong skills in stakeholder communication and engagement, positioning an organisation to maximise its competitive advantage, and delivering desired outcomes through the structured development and implementation of initiatives. Her extensive experience with conferences includes logistics, innovative thinking to achieve strategic outcomes, as well as on stage as a speaker at national and international conferences.
